the location was great, with multiple pools and an aqua park to enjoy. the room was nice with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the animation team who made my vacation enjoyable. the food was delicious, offering a variety of options for different tastes. the resort provided good facilities and a pleasant stay.
The lack of a sea view, which was disappointing.

The hotel had a decent breakfast buffet, and the location was good. It was close to the city center and had easy access to public transportation. the room was clean, and the staff was generally friendly.
The hotel was noisy and overcrowded, with long waits for the elevator. the gym was small and poorly equipped.

the staff was friendly
The hotel room was old, the furnishings were cheap and not clean. The bedding was poor, the grounds looked nice but smelled like dead animals. The food was really bad. We had to change hotels.

What a fun weekend! The resort was amazing, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. We loved the variety of pools available, especially the aqua park. The food was also great, with lots of different options to choose from. It was also convenient to be so close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. All in all, a fantastic experience.
The gym. It was small and had limited equipment, which was a little disappointing.
